11/30/25 - Love One Another: Father/Son Service

November 30, 2025

In this special Sunday service, the church worships together through a father-and-son emphasis that highlights the “one another” commands of Scripture. The morning includes several dads and sons sharing short messages that remind the church what it looks like to live as a Christ-centered family.

Before the message time, Alan encourages the congregation to participate in the upcoming Family Cares event, support the Angel Tree, and continue praying for members who are grieving or traveling. The church is reminded that community outreach is not just a program, but a way to be a light and show that Jesus is the true answer behind the everyday challenges people face.

The shared Scriptures focus on serving and strengthening one another. From Galatians 5:13, the church is reminded not to use freedom in Christ for self, but to serve one another in love, watching for everyday opportunities to help others. From 1 Thessalonians 5:11, the church is challenged to encourage one another and build each other up through intentional words that strengthen faith, hope, and resilience. From Ephesians 4:32, the church is called to live with kindness, compassion, and forgiveness, remembering that withholding forgiveness contradicts the mercy God has shown us in Christ.
